I “chatted” with Murad and they told me that they don’t authorize samples for any “free” forum and that I needed to buy a magazine in order to request a free sample. They further wrotee that they weren’t “at liberty” to give me any names of those magazines, but I should check out women’s magazines to find their ads for free samples. The whole conversation was very odd and I ended by telling them that Freebies 4 Moms was very reputable and that this was not a good PR tactic on the part of Murad.
If they want their free samples to be “exclusive” to magazine subscribers, then they should issue unique codes to redeem the samples. Murad has offered free samples in the past, so I thought this was just another offer available to any interested consumer. Thanks for the update – I’ll “expire” this post.
You can call 1.800.276.1108 you just have to deal with them trying to sell you other products.
