What’s on your school supply shopping list?
Office Depot’s OWN Brand school supplies are fun, functional, and frugal. You’ll find many of the products featured in my photos at your local Office Depot store – start by browsing the Back To School Displays featured in the main aisles. I encourage you to buy a few fun school supplies in addition to the plain supplies that are required by your school. It helps to involve kids in back-to-school shopping because they get excited about the new school year. My kids are crazy about the Penguin Calculator ($5.99) and it even has googly eyes that move! Other Animal Calculators available include an Owl and a Panda. Another fun calculator is the Gamer Calculator ($3.99) that looks like a game controller.
We discovered the cutest Plush Animal Pencil Pouches ($5.99) at Office Depot. My kids have the monkey and the lion, but they also sell an elephant and a giraffe. You can fill those pencil pouches with fun pencils ($0.99) like the monster pencils with a crazy ball and eraser attached to the top, eraser packs ($1.49) like the skateboards, Scholastic Colored Pencils ($4.69 ) that come pre-sharpened in 24 fun colors, and sports rope erasers ($0.99) that will last the entire school year.
Office Depot is my favorite store for school supplies because every time I shop there they give me a coupon for my next visit. Just fill out the survey that is mentioned on your store receipt, and you’ll get a coupon to Save $5 off $50 at Office Depot. The coupon has some exclusions (like on technology and printer ink), but it works on office supplies and school supplies so it’s a great way to help your dollars go further. I don’t know any other store the consistently gives me a coupon in return for my feedback, so Office Depot stands out in my mind as a company that is better at rewarding their customers. I also save money with my Office Depot Rewards card by earning rewards for my purchases.
