Seriously, this is the best way to enjoy cooking again because the pain of meal planning and shopping for ingredients is taken away! I’m getting to cook with ingredients I’ve never cooked before (like shallots and farro). I’m enjoying preparing gourmet recipes that I have the confidence to make again! My family loves the surprise of what I’ll make, because they know it will be a new tasting experience!
