I had the same problem on Monday and contacted BB’s customer service. They replied quickly and sent an apology and a new code.

I don’t know in what time zone the codes expire at. And since I don’t have Blockbuster Express near me I can’t test the codes like I can with Redbox. Sometimes they are location specific (i.e. you have to be in a certain region or specific chain of stores) and it’s really hard to find out the restrictions with those codes. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you!
