Pick from 4 Kotex sample packs including the new U by Kotex products. There is a limit of 2 sample requests per household. If you’ve gotten a sample pack recently from Kotex, then you might need to select the new Sample #4 of U by Kotex products. Kotex loves to send out great samples and they usually include coupons. I love these sample packs! They are perfect to keep in the glove box in case of emergencies!

I did it but there was no confirmation that came up does that mean it did not go through? I tried it on two different sample packs?
Has anyone done more than one pack per address? for instance if I ask for one and my daughter asks for one?

Thanks, Heather! Just FYI to frequent Kotex samplers (like myself!), when I requested sample pack #3 it would not go through. Hewever, by requesting the new one (#4) it did. LOVE Kotex. By far, my favorite samples due to the neessity AND the awesome coupons they send.
