I don’t know why you are always praising and promoting Ebates so much. I made a small purchase and they credited me for that. But then I made a large purchase, $2,500 worth, and they didn’t credit my account. After going back and forth by e-mail with their customer service (which is the only way to contact them) for 2 months, they finally told me the merchant hadn’t given them a commsision on the purchase, so since they didn’t make any money on my purchase, they couldn’t pay me for it either. I think that’s cheating the customer and they must do this to alot of customers when there is a large purchase so they don’t have to pay out large amounts.
I did it more than five times. But it couldn’t get the coupon off. Anyone who still used this coupon, can you tell me how often it should be done.
Same problem and it finally said this item is not in stock. Then when I changed my order to a different item, the coupon code worked. So it may be that particular item you are ordering ???
