🍞Irish Soda Bread Recipe (needs one egg or applesauce)
A simple recipe I wanted to share again! I didn’t have any yeast, so my mom, a home ec genius, recommended making an Irish Soda Bread recipe since I already have all of the ingredients. Hopefully you do too or I’m guessing you’ll have no problem finding buttermilk at your grocery store. If you don’t have one egg, you should be able to substitute 1/4 cup of applesauce or mashed banana for the egg. I decided to save my eggs (because they are precious right now) and used 1/4 cup of applesauce as an egg substitute.

I’m stocking-up on the products that will help me make dinner quickly! Our kids will be in two different schools this year and they’ll also be taking martial arts classes after school. That means our schedule will be even busier than ever, so I need easy recipes like Parmesan Crusted Chicken in my back pocket. My family loved this recipe as a different twist on chicken.
